A Deep Narrative Creator
LEGO Serious Play enables you to order your story and bring it to life. You'll identify strengths you couldn't put words to, see goals in a new light, and give voice to key perspectives as we explore narrative together, using my background in writing and narrative design to show your story in a new light.
What does a session look like?
Groups are split into teams of around six people. Sessions start with an introduction and warm up activity to get people into the method, followed by an activity to create discussion, and finally a reflection or action people will each take with them.
It’s a flexible method that can be used effectively in a session that’s an hour long, or even half a day. We can tackle any question that’s useful and work towards a meaningful, action-based outcome.

I've been facilitating workshops for over two decades, with a particular focus on leadership development, strategy, and finding purpose. During my career, I've worked across large corporations, not for profits, and universities leading national and local campaigns, programs, and events.
